Refund policy
We have a 14-day free return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a free return*. The day when the item is delivered, as shown by tracking number, will be counted as Day 0. Return Request needs to be submitted by the 14th day from the day of delivery. All returning packages must receive first carrier scan within 7 days of the issuance of the return label. Failure to meet all the above time frames, the returning package may subject to refusal or 10% restocking fee.
*To be eligible for a free return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. VIN must also be provided at checkout*
*Failure to provide VIN at checkout will automatically forfeit the eligibility of free return. This will result in a 10% restocking fee plus return shipping charges. This also applies to undeliverable orders due to insufficient address as concluded by postal carriers.
To start a return, you can contact us through Online Chat. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
If you receive a wrong part due to an error or mistake on our end, we will cover shipping expenses and re-send the item to you. If the order mistake is the customer's, for example, parts not fitting due to failure in providing VIN at checkout, original charges for shipping and handling will not be refundable and return shipping charges will be deducted from the refund. There’s a 10% restocking fee for all returns if we concluded the order was your error, but still in returnable condition.
For international returns: we currently do not offer international return. However, feel free to contact us for a resolution.
We do reserve the right to refuse and return any parts we find have been installed and were used.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, fund will be automatically refunded back to your original payment method. Please remember it can take 3 to 5 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
