Shipping policy

• In stock orders ship within 2 business day. If orders are placed on a Monday, orders will be shipped out by Wednesday. If orders are placed on Friday/Saturday/Sunday, orders will be shipped out by Tuesday. This applies to ALL SHIPPING SERVICES.
• Depending upon location, ground shipments usually take 2-7 days.
• All shipments, if not specified, will be shipped using USPS service and service will be subjected to USPS terms and conditions, regardless of which USPS shipping service was chosen.
  • Standard shipping will be shipped using USPS Priority service which does NOT come with delivery guarantee.
  • Express shipping will be shipped using USPS Express service which WILL come with delivery guarantee. If in any case the delivery is later than the USPS guaranteed date, a shipping charge refund may be eligible.
• Over-sized shipments will be additional; you will be contacted prior to shipping for approval.
• In the event that an order has been identified as a medium/high fraud risk, we reserve the right to request additional information to verify customer identity and address.  Orders without completed validation will not be shipped.
• We cannot guarantee transit times for ground and oversize orders.
• You may experience shipping delay if shipping address is different from the billing address on the order.

International (Additional Terms)

• Buyer will be responsible for duties and taxes if applicable
• Depending upon location, shipments usually take 5-15 business days.
• Tracking information might be limited when item is outside of US during transit.
• Please contact us through Online Chat. if more than (1) items are added to the order as shipping discount might apply but not reflect at checkout.
• For expedited international shipping, please also contact us through Online Chat before placing an order. We offer huge international discount with less than (5) business days delivery frame (in most countries).
